description In view of the problem of satellite mobility and terrestrial network resource constraints, a pre-placement strategy for terrestrial network content based on named data networking was proposed; Then, local content requests under the coverage of multiple base stations was fully considered.Based on the diff erence in distribution, a content distribution strategy based on fairness in satellite networks was proposed.The numerical results showed that the proposed content pre-placement strategy was eff ective in terms of satellite network content injection.In addition, in terms of satellite network content distribution, the proposed fair-based content distribution strategy could maximized content satisfaction.
