Summary:This article analyzes some sociological and political aspects of « Islamic feminism » in France and Belgium, and widely underlines the weight of Muslim women’s organizations in the process of Islam regulation in Western Europe. It focuses especially on the French and Belgian women’s network of the Présence musulmane group, directed by Tariq Ramadan, addressing its patterns of action, its sociological aspects, ant its relationships with other Muslim women’s organizations in Western Europe. The analysis provides not only the pluralism of the Muslim women’s collective initiatives in Europe, but also the weight on the Muslim women’s organizations evolution of the « glocal » situations, and among them the social differences between Muslim actors.
