Data on the placement of the latest issues OFZ-n indicate a decline in inter-est to them from investors. The article discusses the details of the structure of OFZ-n bonds, which determine their investment qualities. It has concluded that the emergence of OFZ-n did not fundamentally affect the investment behavior of Russian citizens, as a result of which the quality of citizens’ savings portfolios remained at the same level. |
