Moreover, the judicial independence is regulated by a number of international documentation which completes the whole picture of the national legislation. Does the civil society represent only a pressure agent likely to influence the independence of law? So here is a question we will try to answer in this study, and we will present theoretical but also practical aspects on the principle of the independence of justice. |
