Herein, we report a case of a 27-year-old male who developed dalbavancin-induced fever while treating Methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus (MSSA) bacteremia. Despite being inconsistently reported, our case highlights fever as a possible side effect of dalbavancin therapy, and the challenging management of this adverse event given its prolonged half-life. |
