| description | The results of the assessment of prospects for the discovery of rich uranium ores in the Kryvorizko-Kremenchutska mineragenic zone of the Ukrainian Shield are presented. The main regularities of the formation and location of uranium ore objects of the hydrothermal vein-stock type in the Kryvorizko-Kremenchutska mineragenic zone have been study, taking into account the features of the deep structure of the Ukrainian Shield’s lithosphere. On this basis, it became possible from new positions to consider the patterns of localization of uranium mineralization of this type in the research area and to conclude about the fundamental possibility of the formation within the Kryvorizko-Kremenchutska mineragenic zone of industrial accumulations of the hydrothermal vein-stock type uranium ores, richer in comparison with ores in carbonate-sodium metasomatites. Characteristic local features of uranium ore occurrences of the hydrothermal vein-stock type within the iron ore stratum (Saksaganska Formation) of the central and southern parts of the Kryvorizko-Kremenchutska zone in the Kryvbas mines are presented. Within the Kryvorizko-Kremenchutska zone, prospective areas and ore nodes are discovered for possible detection of rich uranium ores concentrations of the hydrothermal vein-stock type have been identified. The analysis of the results of hydrolithochemical investigations within the Hannivska area in the northern part of the East-Hannivska strip of the Kryvorizkiy iron ore belt is presented. This area includes Hannivska uranium mineralization of the hydrothermal vein-stock type which is accompanied by high contents of yttrium and industrial contents of vanadium. There were developed recommendations for further research within four local sites promising for the detection of industrial uranium-vanadium, uranium-molybdenum, uranium-polymetallic and uranium-arsenide types of mineralization. |
