Description
Summary:Continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) is an important approach to maintain the lifespan of patients with end-stage renal disease. Its therapeutic effect not only depends on the formulation of the treatment plan but is also closely related to the service lifespan of the filter during treatment. As the core component of CRRT, the performance stability of a filter and its service lifespan directly affect the treatment effect of CRRT and prognosis. In recent years, with the continuous progress of medical technology and the improvement of patients' survival needs, scholars at home and abroad have conducted extensive and in-depth research on the influencing factors for the filter lifespan in CRRT patients, aiming at exploring ways to prolong the filter lifespan and improve the treatment effect. These studies analyzed personal factors, anticoagulant types, catheter factors, CRRT parameters and machine factors. In the present study, we aim to summarize the above factors that affect the filter lifespan of CRRT patients, in order to provide a reference for clinical practice, optimize the process of CRRT, and improve the treatment effect and quality of lifespan.
