| description | Objective To systematically review studies on domestic development of nursing-sensitive quality indicators for Post-Anesthesia Care Unit based on the structure-process-outcome model, understand its basic characteristics and shortcomings, and provide reference for conforming to the development of high-quality nursing and constructing more comprehensive and systematic nursing sensitive indicators. Methods Four databases including Chinese Biological Medical Literature Database(CBM), Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database(VIP), China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI), Wanfang Database(WF) were searched for publications from inception to November 18th 2023. Descriptive systematic review method was used to analyze the basic characteristics and index contents of included studies. Results A total of 9 studies were included, and 12 second-level and 58 third-level nursing-sensitive quality indicators for Post-Anesthesia Care Unit was determined. Delphi method was used in all 9 studies, and analytic hierarchy process was used to assign weights in 2 studies. Conclusion The findings of this study may reflect consensus of domestic scholars on the setting of nursing-sensitive quality indicators for anesthesia recovery care, and it reveals a comprehensive review and focus on key issues in anesthesia recovery room care in china. More efforts should be paid to studies with multiple methodologies on indicators construction and indicators weighting. (目的 对国内基于结构-过程-结果(SPO)理论模型构建的麻醉后监护室(麻醉恢复室)护理敏感指标进行系统综述, 了解其基本特征及不足, 为顺应高质量的护理发展, 构建更加全面、系统的护理敏感指标提供参考。方法 检索中国知网、万方数据库、中国生物医学数据库、维普数据库, 时限为建库至2023年11月18日, 通过NoteExpress软件进行文献去重, 制定纳入标准与排除标准。采用 NoteExpress提取文献资料, 根据纳入排除标准进行文献筛选。对目标文献使用定性描述分析方法对纳入研究基本特征、指标内容进行归纳分析。结果 共纳入9篇文献, 包括二级指标12个, 三级指标58个。其中9篇研究敏感指标筛选方法采用德尔菲法, 2篇研究敏感指标赋值方法采用层次分析法。结论 本研究汇总的麻醉恢复室护理敏感指标在一定程度上反映了国内学者在麻醉恢复护理敏感指标设置上的共识, 较全面地反映了我国麻醉恢复室护理工作内容的重点。但纳入研究指标构建方法较为单一, 指标赋权研究较少, 需进一步研究完善。) |
