Effects of mizoribine tablets on expression of Toll-like receptor 4 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells in children with Henoch-Sch■nlein purpura nephritis

目的探讨咪唑立宾片对紫癜性肾炎患儿外周血单个核细胞Toll样受体4(Toll-like receptor 4,TLR4)表达的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2018年12月华中科技大学同济医学院附属武汉儿童医院肾脏专科住院及门诊随访资料完整的紫癜性肾炎(Ⅱb级)患儿,共47例。分为糖皮质激素组和咪唑立宾组。检测两组治疗前后24 h尿蛋白定量、血清白细胞介素6、肿瘤坏死因子α及外周血单个核细胞TLR4 mRNA表达情况。结果与治疗前比较,两组在治疗6个月、12个月时24 h尿蛋白定量均显著下降(P<0.05)。治疗6个月时,咪唑立宾组患儿血清白细胞介素6、肿瘤坏死因子α、外周血单个核细胞T...
