Description
Summary:The aim of the research – to give a quantitative assessment of the influence of lifestyle components on the reproductive potential of female students for scientific substantiation of the priority of measures for the formation of a healthy lifestyle. Materials and methods. A comprehensive study of the lifestyle and reproductive potential of girls aged 16-19 years of students of educational institutions of the Republic of Bashkortostan was carried out. Results. 2095 girls were examined. An analysis of the anamnesis data showed that the average age of menarche in girls was 12.86 ± 1.56 years, while 11.7 % of the surveyed noted the absence of a regular cycle. It was also found that the majority of the surveyed 77.7 % do not have any active physical activity. The analysis of hiking showed the following results: 39 % of girls do not walk. Conducting an assessment of the time that students spend in a sitting position, it was found that the average duration is 6.01 ± 1.20 hours. Analyzing wellness activities, it was found that the majority of the surveyed 66.8 % do nothing to preserve their health. In our study, the average sleep duration was 6.63 ± 1.09 hours per day. Fast food products are widely consumed in the surveyed cohort, this was stated by 84.2 % of respondents, of whom 20.3 % eat fast food daily. Among the respondents, 5.8 % of respondents out of 270 smokers smoke daily. A very small part of the students (6.2 %) have not tried alcohol, the majority 53.7 % drank an alcoholic drink for the first time at the age of 16. Conclusion. The characteristics of the lifestyle, groups of behavioral factors and reproductive attitudes of girls indicate a high prevalence of risk factors that cause the formation of low-quality reproductive potential, especially among students aged 16-19. The quality of the reproductive potential of the surveyed girls is associated with a wide range of indicators characterizing lifestyle and sexual behavior.
