description It was showed, that the methods, which is used in real time for calculation the coefficients of the difference equation for recursive discrete filters on the base of the readings of impulse characteristic not gives correct the transient process. It was proposed the methods for calculation the coefficients on the base of the readings of transient characteristic, which gives correct dynamical properties of the discrete filters, coincidental with the dynamical properties of the filters unbroken filters as in transient, like that in steady condition.
