Downsizing is used as an independent variable and attributes of survived employees’ performance such as employees’ loyalty, employees’ commitment and job security are use as dependent variables. Three associational hypotheses were developed to analyze the relationship between independent and independent variables. Study is quantitative and questionnaire five point Likert scales are used to collect data. Target population was all employees of Pakistan in government, semi government and private sector out of which 100 was selected as a sample. Data is analyzed through descriptive statistics, correlation and simple regression. Results show that there is negative relationship between downsizing and survived employees’ performance.
