description Background: Subsequent adolescent pregnancy is a social problem, also one of the main biopsychosocial risk factors. Objective: To evaluate the biopsychosocial strategy for the subsequent adolescent pregnancy prevention, after being applied in the community. Methodology: Research was conducted from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2021; a pre-experimental design was performed with pre- and post-test examinations and a single group, applied to 35 pregnant adolescents between 12 and 17 years of age, who attended the gynecobstetrics office at Polyclinic II in Jatibonico municipality. Sociodemographic variables, level of knowledge about subsequent pregnancy in adolescence were used, clinical variables, attitude of the partner and the pregnant family, and reactive and proactive prevention. Results: All adolescent pregnant became satisfactory, delivery at term, live newborns and adequate weight. Out of the total of 35 pregnant women, none of them presented a subsequent pregnancy during the research period. Reactive and proactive prevention of subsequent adolescent pregnancy in the community was achieved. Conclusions: The biopsychosocial strategy permitted to impact the adolescent girls, their families and the community.
