The first ever poets of Urdu like Masood Saad Salman, Ameer Khusro, Mullah Nusrati, and Quali Qutab Shah etc. have continued this convention in their Ghazals. In this article, a brief history of Dialogue in Urdu Ghazal has been analyzed in the light of poetry of those poets who maintained or contributed it in one or the other way. |
