Blockade effect of 5-НТ2А receptors of their selective blocker ketanserin (1 mg/kg) does not depend on the form of animal conduct. The conclusion is made that changing 5-НТ1А and 5-НТ2А receptor activity leads to different effect on immune response among mice of CBA line depending on initial psychoemotional condition of animals that among aggressive and submissive ones is conditioned by different activity of neurotransmitter system, 5-НТ group in particular. |
