| Summary: | Abstract : Digital public relations are defined as managing communication between the organization and its internal and external audiences through the use of various Internet applications. It is one of the latest concepts in managing the image and reputation of the organization. Reputation management is one of the most important objectives pursued by public relations. In light of the accelerated technological developments in the world and their impact on institutional communication processes aimed at creating an atmosphere conducive to relations with target groups and with a growing trend towards the adoption of digital public relations mechanisms in higher education institutions, It has become particularly important as the number of clients with these institutions expands through the role played by public relations practitioners through social media sites and the website of university institutions to build lasting relationships enhanced by trust with their internal and especially external audiences, which also play a role in making them more competitive and visible among international universities, through this article we will be exposed to the role of digital public relations in developing the visibility of Algeria's higher education institutions.
