Summary:On the basis of the theoretical research of conjugate tooth profile design,based on the SolidWorks software,the known transmission ratio and tooth profile is divided into a straight line,arc,spline to solve the conjugate tooth profile,and the motion simulation is carried out,finally,the correctness of the design is verified.The results has a certain reference value for design and machining of tooth profile,the design method is simple and accurate,the tedious computation is eliminated,it has a certain engineering application prospect.
