Summary:Given the enormous and constant changes in the knowledge humanity,and the consequent changes in the systems work, and required by it of theneed to re workforce development to cope with those changes, absorb andadapt to its requirements this study sought to shed light on the trainingpractices House National Archives (archive of the state-" Egypt ") andmonitoring phases of the training process, and identify how the integrityand seriousness and to undergo the strengths and weaknesses, the studyalso provided a detailed concept of knowledge workers, Andcharacteristics, and management and the challenges facing theadministration. To achieve this, the researchers used the descriptiveanalytical method and survey the opinions of 65 employees of the NationalArchives House campaign graduate qualifications as a property of thecharacteristics of knowledge workers. This study concluded that the natureof work in the National Archives depends on the characteristics of theneed for knowledge workers, also revealed a decrease in the role of theNational Archives in employee training practices for knowledge workerswith a mean low of 2.3. The study recommended the need to make theNational Archives of training within the strategic Alooloyat have, make thetraining process is an ongoing process
