virus, are at risk of exposure to this virus. The reduction of personal protective equipment and the feeling of
insufficient support may all contribute to the psychological stress of these employees. The exposure of the

the welfare needs and personal protective equipment needed by the treatment staff.

Torbat Heydarieh University of Medical Sciences and the code of ethics was obtained and the purpose of the
research was stated, the informed consent form was provided to the medical staff. The tool used in this study was
a checklist made by the researcher. After collecting the data, it was analyzed using SPSS statistical software and
descriptive and inferential statistics at a significance level of P>0.05.

face shield,67.6% gloves,69.9% gun,34.6% glasses,72.1% medical mask,41.9% filter mask among their personal
protective equipment needs. In terms of welfare needs,55.9% considered the existence of a credit fund and good
loan and64.7%considered the existence of a housing cooperative for employees to be very necessary.

the treatment staff is one of the most important ways to make appropriate policies for control and preventive
