These deformities can lead to gait abnormalities, abnormal pressure areas, increased energy expenditure and joint arthritis which eventually hampers the quality of life. We reports case of a 30 year old female with PPRP, whose ambulation was severely affected by rigid ankle foot deformity. A patient tailored rehabilitation plan was provided which comprised of an accommodative Ankle Foot Orthosis (AFO), exercise training and patient education on energy conservation techniques. Patient reported significant improvement in her ambulation and quality of life following rehabilitation.
