Histopathological and immunohistochemical studies were consistent with the diagnosis of combined pleomorphic liposarcoma and conventional osteosarcoma (malignant mesenchymoma). Although it is extremely rare, this case suggests that combined sarcoma should be considered in the differential diagnosis of undifferentiated pleomorphic neoplasms. |
