Summary:Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) is a malignant tumour with a squamous epithelial coating found in the skin, oral cavity and lung, etc. It is very rare to develop SCC in zygoma. This paper describes a 53‐year‐old man with lung SCC metastasis to the zygomatic bone. Based on clinical investigations and literature review, this paper discusses the differential diagnosis and treatment of this patient.
