| Summary: | Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) accounts for 85 % of kidney tumors, with clear cell histology being the most common subtype. While metastases commonly involve the lungs, bones, liver, and brain, penile metastasis is exceedingly rare. We report a case of a 51-year-old male with clear cell RCC who developed biopsy-confirmed metastasis to the glans penis four months after robotic-assisted radical nephrectomy. Despite adjuvant pembrolizumab, a penile lesion emerged, indicating disease progression. This case highlights the need for vigilant surveillance in high-risk RCC and underscores the importance of imaging and pathology in diagnosing and managing rare metastatic sites. |
