description The objective of this article is to explore the impact of experiential learning on the perceived employability of engineering students nearing the end of their university studies, highlighting the role of soft skills. Using a quantitative methodology, we analyzed the responses of 86 engineering students from various Moroccan schools. The results show that experiential learning significantly enhances soft skills such as communication, leadership, and problem-solving among respondents. These skills allow students to stand out in the job market and improve their perceived employability. This study offers a new perspective on how educational strategies can be aligned with labor market needs to optimize the employability of future engineers
