| Summary: | Agribusiness research has significantly transformed in sustainability practices and technological advancements over the past decade. This study analyzes trends from 2014 to 2023, focusing on publication patterns, source relevance, author contributions, and thematic developments. The evolution highlights key influences shaping agribusiness research. This study employed a systematic literature review using Scopus data, analyzing 717 articles with bibliometric techniques in R software, focusing on English articles in Business, Management, and Accounting. The study revealed initial low publication rates in 2014-2015, followed by rapid growth, peaking at 99 articles in 2021. Key journals like Journal of Cleaner Production and authors like Blok V were influential. Themes included sustainability, technology, and socio-economic aspects. Agribusiness research underscores the interdisciplinary nature of sustainability, technology, and socio-economic impacts, shaping future research and practice in the field. This study contributes by providing a comprehensive analysis of agribusiness research trends over a decade, highlighting pivotal themes and influential sources driving the field forward. |
