The study showed that the tutoring is considered as one of the conditions of the integral student´s formation and must be the essential component of the educational process at all levels, from the basic to the higher. At the same time, the remote tutoring is conceptualized by Latin American educational scientists as a system of online academic activities planned, scheduled, recorded, evaluated and followed up. This type of tutoring is considered as a system of online academic, extra-academic and extension activities, planned, programmed, carried out punctually, registered, evaluated and monitored, which require the responsibility of both: the tutor and the student(s). The functions of the remote tutor are not fixed, but are modified according to the impact of institutions such as social systems or dynamic realities subject to various transformations. This activity must be carried out under the general principles of e-moderating, psychopedagogical and psychosocial values, as well as specific set of laws for tutoring of each of the student groups. Author found, that for successful implementation of remote tutoring in the Latin American education is used the principles that guide it putting under the prism of different disciplines: anthropology, sociology and psychology; pedagogy, psychology of oppressed, etc.
