Summary:Because Lasota-Wazewska models are closely related to biological mathematics, studying various solutions for the models has become concerns for many mathematical workers. Asymptotically almost periodic solutions will be studied for a class of Lasota-Wazewska models \vith variable delay in this paper. Using the uniform continuity of functions, related theories of asymptotically almost periodic functions and Banach compression mapping principle , the existence and uniqueness of asymptotically almost periodic solutions for this kind of models are discussed.
