Summary:Aiming at the problem that the signaling system and the platform door system of urban rail transit projects are prone to linkage failure, which leads to the potential personal safety of passengers, this paper takes the interface between the signaling system and the platform door system of a rail transit line in Changsha as an example to elaborate the failure mode of each subsystem. The impact of various failure conditions on train operation is analyzed by using the method of failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA), and a clear analysis conclusion of the safety requirements of the signal system and the safety requirements of the platform door system is given. At the same time, for the subsequent construction of the new line, the hazard mitigation measures of the interface between the signal system and the platform door system are given to provide guarantee for the safety of rail transit operation.
