| Summary: | Conjugate cam mechanism is a kind of geometrical-closed cam mechanism.The high precision of design,manufacture and assembly is required.Due to multiple parts engaged,the complex design and miscelleanous calculation of cam profiles has barriered its wide application.Based on conjugate cam mechanism with oscilating follers,the calculation and design way by establishing the mathematic pattern with complex vector function was put forwards to.ACAD/CAE system was developed with Matlab for conjugate cam nechanism,which make thenumeral resolution expressed at the graph.This offers a simple and effective method for the design of conjugate cam cam mechanism. |
