En el presente trabajo se muestra el</p><p>desarrollo de una herramienta automatizada para la seleccion de los aceros mas utilizados en la</p><p>construccion de maquinarias. La herramienta constituye una ayuda para la seleccion de los</p><p>materiales desde la etapa conceptual del proceso de diseno, donde se identifican las diferentes</p><p>categorias de materiales a utilizar. Presently work show the development of an automated tool</p><p>for the selection of the more used steels in the construction of machineries. The tool constitute a</p><p>help for the selection of the materials from the conceptual stage of the design process, where the</p><p>different categories of materials are identified to use.
