| description | This paper observed the effect of wax therapy with Chinese herbal medicine in nursing of a patient with bone arthralgia. After a comprehensive nursing evaluation and diagnosis, the wax therapy with Chinese herbal medicine was carried out under the guidance of Traditional Chinese Medicine theory, and nursing interventions such as basic care, dietary management, psychological care and functional exercise were enhanced during the hospitalization. The Numerical Rating Scale score on pain decreased and Barthel index score increased after treatment, indicating the efficacy of wax therapy with Chinese herbal medicine in relieving pain and improving the quality of life in the patient with bone arthralgia. (本文观察中药蜡疗技术应用于1例骨痹患者的效果, 总结护理体会。护理人员基于护理评估做出护理诊断, 在中医理论指导下开展中药蜡疗技术干预, 同时完善常规护理、饮食护理、心理护理、功能锻炼等。经干预后, 患者疼痛评分(NRS)下降, 日常生活能力评分(BI)升高, 提示患者疼痛症状减轻, 生活质量得到提高。在中医理论的指导下, 中药蜡疗技术能够有效改善骨痹患者临床症状, 且无明显不良反应。) |
