Summary:Wheelset is one of the most important components of high speed EMU bogie system, and its health determines the safety of EMUs. At present, wheelset management information systems for EMU repair, dynamic detection, train information and operating mileage run independently, and it is difficult to monitor the state of wheelset and predict failures through the integration of information. In this paper, a wheelset dynamic monitoring system is constructed, which integrates the data of each wheelset management information system, dynamically monitors the parameter changes of wheelset, and can realize fault prediction through mining of flow data trend and data fusion. Case studies show that trend judgment based on data comparison and information mining based on data fusion can find faults and anomalies timely and effectively, and realize fault prediction and health management of high speed EMU wheelset.
