Negative correlation between HC level and glomerular filtration rate (GFR) (r= -0,38) and positive correlation between IL-6and fibrinogen (r=0,55) were observed. Conclusion. Inflammation and changes in mechanism of coagulation have influence on development and progression of DN in patientswith T2DM. |
