description | An inter-frame image coding scheme of color video based on Delaunay triangulation(DT)mesh was proposed by using the redundancy between the luminance and chrominance components sufficiently.The DT image representation was only made for luminance component and the series motion estimation method was used to get the motion vectors for mesh nodes of Y component.Then the six parameters method was used to gain the motion vectors in triangles.Finally the similar transformation was used to generate the motion vectors of chrominance components.After motion estimation,the residual image is dealt with a special method to code.Simulation result shows that the proposed method has better subjective and objective quality than H.263 scheme. |
