description | The concept of smart cities has gained momentum as a means to address urban challenges and improve the quality of life for residents. This article delves into the intersection of smart city initiatives, sustainability practices, and public health outcomes. Drawing on research and case studies, we explore how smart city technologies and strategies can promote environmental sustainability, enhance public health, and create more livable urban environments. We are interested in whether there are statistically significant differences between participants of different ages regarding the observed parameters related to the mentioned components. The rapid urbanization and population growth experienced globally have led to significant challenges in managing resources, infrastructure, and the overall well-being of citizens. In response to these challenges, the concept of “smart cities” has emerged as a promising approach to address sustainability and health concerns. |
