| Summary: | Abstract
This research is conducted with the aim to find out the reasons for the
implementation of Islamic Education in the Christian Education Institute and
to find out the problem of learning Islamic Education in the Christian
Education Institution and its solution. This is a qualitative descriptive
research with the data sources of documents and interviews. The technique
of data collection is through observation, documentation and interviews. The
technique of data analyzing is inductively using the Miles and Huberman
model, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.
The approach used is a interaksi edukatif approach. The results showed that
the reason of applying an Islamic Education learning in SMK Penabur
Purworejo due to the government regulation to implement Religious
Education in each Educational institution.

Abstrak
Penelitianini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui alasan
diimplementasikan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di Lembaga
Pendidikan Kristen dan untuk mengetahui problem pembelajaran Pendidikan
Agama Islam di Lembaga Pendidikan Kristen serta solusinya. Jenis
penelitian ini kualitatif diskriptif dengan sumber data dokumen dan
narasumber.Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, dokumentasi dan
wawancara. Teknik analisis data penelitian secara induktif dengan
menggunakan modelMiles and Huberman, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian
data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah
pendekatan interaksi edukatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat
pembelajaran PAI di SMK Penabur Purworejo karena mengikuti peraturan
pemerintah untuk mengimplementasikan Pendidikan Agama di setiap
lembaga Pendidikan.
