description Magnesium-substituted lithium ferrites, general formula, where , were synthesized by sol-gel autocombusting method. The temperature-frequency dependences of the conductivity of the synthesized systems are obtained in the frequency range from 0.01 to 105 Hz and in the temperature range from room temperature to 723 K. Calculated values of the activation energies showed that, during substitution, activation energies values of the samples increase twice compared to the un-substituted samples.
