| Summary: | In order to study the effect of complex field on the vibration characteristics and reliability of aero engine turbine blisk,the mathematical model of modal analysis was established based on vibration theory and finite element method which considering the combined action of temperature load,centrifugal force and aerodynamic load,and flow-heat-solid coupling vibration analysis and resonance analysis were carried out,finally using the dual extreme response surface method to analyze the reliability of vibration deformation and stress. The results show that: comparing the considering coupling load and without considering coupling load,the maximum difference of the natural frequencies of the blisk is 32. 9% and the maximum reliability is 3.46% .
