N-DIAMOND: BOND MECHANICS

Results of the synthesis of N -diamond in experiments with cavitation in carbon containing liquids are presented. A mechanical model of the chemical bonds between carbon atoms in the diamond with the availability of a stable FCC crystal lattice structure is developed.
