Description
Summary:Glomerulonephritis following the administration of vaccines for Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 has been reported worldwide. We present a case of de novo antineutrophil cytoplasmic autoantibody (ANCA)-associated glomerulonephritis following the administration of the ChAdOx1 vaccine, who presented with dyspepsia, pedal edema, raised creatinine, and proteinuria. Kidney biopsy showed pauci-immune ANCA-associated nonnecrotizing glomerulonephritis. The patient received corticosteroids and rituximab. The patient showed clinical improvement and normalization of renal parameters.
