Description
Summary:From a lived experience approach, the purpose of our study is to understand how cognitive sharing in situation evolve in a team in training and how a multilevel and longitudinal analysis can help to enlighten this evolution. This study takes place in a professional soccer training center during 13 months and a qualitative method, based on observations, semi-structured interviews and self confrontation interview, were used to collect the data. Our results show that cognitive sharing evolves on the basis of the influences between the different levels of the system and they allow us to characterize these influences. Results are discussed in a theoretical and a methodological way and in reference to the articulation between approaches centered on lived experience and multilevel analysis in ergonomics.
