Here, we report one such case of a 41-year-old gentleman with large bladder mass, presented to us with complaints of obstructive and voiding urinary symptoms with an episode of hematuria. Related imagines were done, and the patient underwent trans-urethral resection of bladder tumor. Histopathology and immunohistochemistry examinations were suggestive of neurofibroma. No recurrence in 6 months of follow-up. |
