Summary:Over the years, in-service teacher training policies have adopted different formats, modalities, content, and teaching strategies. In all cases, the ultimate goal lies in generating training actions that can later permeate the transformation or improvement of teaching practices. For this, some of these proposals project actions linked to the educational institutions in which the trained teachers work. In this work, the training experience dedicated to the digital inclusion of the "Escuelas de Innovación" plan (2011-2015) is recovered, in order to investigate its strategy of replicability and construction of socialization spaces of its proposal among colleagues within the schools. institutions. The analysis focuses on the tensions and problems that have occurred around the possibility of generating these collective instances based on the characteristics of the school organization and the conditions of teaching work at the secondary level.
