Summary:The study found that the chronic inflammatory periodontal diseases in athletes of Olympic reserve have high incidence (84%) and are the predominant dental pathology. During the analysis of HIPD structure in the test group it was found that the most common diseases are chronic generalized catarrhal gingivitis and chronic catarrhal localized gingivitis.
