Summary:By comparing the differences between NTN communication and ground-based 5G communication, this paper concluded that the random access of low-orbit satellite NTN should be studied. The problems and key technologies of NTN random access were deeply analyzed. A simple and easy to implement frequency offset compensation method for satellite beam-pointing sensing was proposed to solve the Doppler frequency offset problem of high dynamic signals. A real-time scheduling method of multi-point beam sub-region coverage was proposed to solve the problem of beam control for low orbit satellite access. A new idea of using reinforcement learning method to design access class barring factors was proposed to solve the random access congestion problem in low orbit NTN scenario.
