Summary:Information technology has brought many advances to human life. Along with the development of digital technology-based financial services in Indonesia, digital literacy and interaction will be the key to connecting people with new technologies in financial services. This paper discusses the important role of digital and financial literacy in improving financial inclusion in Indonesia. This study aims to provide insights into how literacy and technological advancements can bridge the gap for the unbanked population. The study findings suggest that increasing the level of financial literacy can substantially increase financial inclusion, leading to broader economic development.
