description Transfer prices are most commonly used by banks as an internal self-financing component of the system for monitoring the efficiency of the units. However, the potential power of the transfer pricing methodology allows us to extend it over a wide range of tasks, including managing profitability, liquidity and risk. Interest in these issues on the part of financial institutions is largely provoked by the current economic situation, which requires the construction of a functioning integrated financial management system. In order to define the requirements for an information security management of processes of resource transfers of a modern bank, the paper gives the analysis of the theoretical and practical aspects of building a system of transfer pricing, reviews existing models and methodological approaches to automation. It has been demonstrated that substantial number of the banks have poorly developed systems of transfer pricing, characterized by a large number of manual processes, low levels of granularity analytics and weak connection to processes controlling profitability, liquidity and risk. The paper formulates the criteria for evaluation of the maturity level of information support transfer pricing processes. The conclusion is that the best architectural solution for building scalable performance management system of the bank is a solution based on enterprise data warehouse. As an example, a certain product for management on the basis of transfer prices (a mass solution by domestic vendor), is demonstrated as adequate to business expectations.
