description Inclusive leadership in education has emerged as a key driver of equity, diversity, and academic excellence. This study explores the role of inclusive leadership across primary, secondary, and higher education in the Netherlands, highlighting both its potential and the systemic barriers that hinder its full implementation. Using a qualitative approach, the research identifies key leadership strengths, such as collaborative governance models and student participation, while also exposing challenges, including resistance to change, rigid hierarchical structures, and insufficient professional development. Findings indicate that inclusive leadership contributes to improved student engagement, teacher retention, and institutional adaptability. However, policy constraints, limited resources, and inconsistent training opportunities continue to impede progress. To address these issues, the study proposes a structured framework for inclusive leadership, enhanced training modules, policy interventions, and the development of a digital platform for knowledge exchange. These recommendations aim to provide practical support for educational leaders while advocating for policy reforms that foster more inclusive educational environments. Ultimately, this study underscores the necessity of embedding inclusive leadership within institutional governance and professional development frameworks to ensure long-term educational equity and excellence.
