description We present a case of a 15-year-old male who presented with headache for 7 days and fever for 3 days which gradually involved his motor and sensory systems along with involvement of bowel and bladder. On imaging, a diagnosis of cerebellar hemangioblastoma was made which was compressing the fourth ventricle and leading to obstructive hydrocephalus. Right paramedian suboccipital craniotomy was done and the tumor was excised. Histopathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of hemangioblastoma without any features of atypia corresponding to WHO grade 1 lesion.
