Therefore, we would like to report a very rare case-a 24 yrs old male patient with chopstick penetrating into the left orbit destroying the orbit floor and lateral wall of maxillary sinusafter after an accident 3 weeks before admission and was treated with Caldwell-Luc surgery combined with paranasal endoscopy surgery to ensure completely removal of the foreign body and bone fragments. |
